Hello! I'm Connie. I've been an artist and photographer for my entire life. I love telling stories through visual art. I capture things you'll want to remember. After escaping the snow (upstate NY) in 2004, my family and I are in NC to stay. I am in love with the North Carolina outdoors and am always looking for chances to go to Asheville, Blowing Rock, OBX, Wilmington, etc. I have given some discounts in the past for extra cool locations ;-). Recently, I have fallen in love with Charleston (*hint hint, nudge nudge*). And if you are having a destination wedding somewhere exotic, we can definitely work something out!

I have been documenting weddings since 2009. Regardless of the decor or venue, each wedding is beautiful and unique because of the people. Each is a story I strive to tell through visual images. I don't only what to capture how your wedding looked; I want to capture how your wedding felt, so when you look back on your photos years from now, they evoke those feelings again and bring you back to that day. I selectively take on a few weddings each year, and each receives my full commitment and attention.

Each wedding is unique and requires a custom quote depending on location, complexity, time involvement, etc. Every collection will include your custom-edited high resolution images with printing rights are included! I am also available for stand-alone engagement sessions and proposals (love to shoot these!).

I do have a few simple requirements for my clients: You must be madly in love with each other and love to have fun together. I encourage you to take your time to look through my images and contact me if you think I would be fit to tell your story. I look forward to getting to know you!

portraits

Not like the conventional stiff studio setups, on-location lifestyle portraits are about capturing genuine moments at places that are meaningful to you. Sessions can be based around anything in your life, such as birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, or just a day at the park with your family. They can take place at a location or two of your choice in the Triangle area. Many families with young kids prefer to have the session at home, where kids can be in their element.

Simple portrait collections begin $450 and include your custom-edited images, printing rights and a private online proofing gallery.
